Two days, thousands of attendees, and an audience that came to be part of something. Stalls are limited and chosen by our Stall unit rather than sold first-come.

Fill in the form below. You may apply for only one stall slot.

We review
Our Stall Unit selects a mix of vendors that suit the event and its audience. Only selected vendors will be contacted. Please note that it may take up to three weeks after the EOI closes to receive an email.

You are offered a stall
If selected, you will receive a congratulatory email with a payment link.

Keep an eye on your mailbox
All notifications are sent only to the email address given in your application, so please check your inbox, spam and junk folders regularly.

Pay within 48 hours
The payment link is valid for 48 hours only. After that the stall is offered to another vendor, and any payment received after the deadline will not secure a stall — it will be treated as a charitable donation.
We choose vendors whose work sits comfortably alongside ours, and we try to keep a spread of categories rather than ten of the same thing. Being turned down is not a judgement on your business.

How much does a stall cost?
A stall costs ₦200,000.00 for the two days. We are unable to accept applications for one day only.
What happens if I miss the 48-hour window?
The offer lapses and the space goes to another vendor. Any payment made after the 48-hour window will be considered a charitable donation.
What is included?
A marked tent space, a table, table cloth and three chairs. Power is available on request and should be mentioned in your application.
Can I choose where I am placed?
Placement is not selectable. Stalls are assigned by the Stall Unit based on the available space and the vendor mix for the event.
